This policy applies to purchases of the Remex Pro licence made through getremex.lemonsqueezy.com. The free tier of Remex involves no payment and is not subject to this policy.
Remex Pro purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All payment transactions, VAT collection, and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content, this right may be waived if the consumer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right before download begins.
Regardless of the above, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to all customers, no waiver required.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date:
We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Your licence key will be deactivated upon refund.
Refunds are granted for requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to decline refund requests made after this period, or in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase and refund cycles).
